Working principle of vane compressor
Filtered by the air filter, air enters the compressor through the suction valve. This valve can adjust the air supply according to demand, thereby maintaining stable working pressure. The rotor rotates eccentrically inside the stator and has vertical slots on its surface, in which the vanes are placed and cling tightly to the inner wall of the stator under centrifugal force. The stator, rotor and vanes form a series of cavities—compression chambers, where air is compressed. Lubrication and cooling are accomplished by a high‑efficiency oil injection system, ensuring excellent process control at low oil consumption. The oil film prevents metal‑to‑metal contact, eliminating wear. As the rotor rotates, the volume of the compression chamber decreases, completing the compression process. The compressed oil‑air mixture has an oil content of less than 3ppm after multiple stages of separation. The separated clean air is cooled by the cooler, and condensed water is discharged through the drain valve.

- B: The volume of the compression chamber gradually decreases, and the air is compressed.
- C: Atomized lubricating oil sprayed from the oil injection port enters the chamber, performing cooling, sealing, and lubrication.
- D: The 5‑stage oil‑gas separation system ensures oil content < 3ppm.
- E: The compressed air is cooled by the cooler, outlet temperature only 5–8°C above ambient.
- F: Lubricating oil returns to the compression chamber through cooler and oil filter to start the next cycle.
