Screw Air Compressor
Compresses air to provide raw material for oxygen production; typical max pressure 1.0 MPa.
Refrigerated / Adsorption Dryer
Removes moisture, CO₂, and impurities. Refrigerated dryer (dew point 3°C) or adsorption dryer (dew point down to -60°C).
Buffer Air Storage Tank
Balances pressure fluctuations before supplying air to the oxygen generator.
Filtration System
Removes residual moisture, oil mist, and solid particles from compressed air.
PSA Oxygen Generator
Separates oxygen from air using molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption technology.
