The adsorption equipment adopts booster circulating fan to heat regeneration air circulation and desorb the adsorbent,and thewater is separated and removed through cooling to complete regeneration of the adsorption towerto ensure automatic switchingof the double adsorption towers and the rotation of adsorbing the water in gas.When the tower A adsorption, the moisture pass through adsorption tower from the bottom up.the gas contact adsorbent fully at areasonable flow velocity,after filtration and dust removal ,the gas output of the equipmentat the same time, tower B is recycing(ycle booster fan is automatic opening), heating,cooling, water separation,cold blowing,these regeneration steps completelyremove water in the adsorbent. Working Function​​​​

Adsorption dryers primarily utilize the principle of physical adsorption, where the physical adsorption force is the van der Waals force (VDW). The van der Waals forces between molecules cause the adsorbate (water vapor) to penetrate into the adsorbent, resulting in a lower dew point temperature and drier gas. Based on the temperature and pressure conditions of the adsorption and regeneration processes, heatless regenerative dryers employ pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Pressure swing adsorption involves adsorption (of water vapor) at high adsorption pressure, and then utilizing the heat of adsorption stored in the adsorbent during the adsorption process for desorption at a lower pressure.
