The permanent magnet variable frequency unit of Weisidun adopts an all-new design with a perfect combination of a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor and a high-efficiency main unit. Through the advanced speed regulation and frequency conversion technology of the frequency converter, it can significantly reduce customers’ operating costs and provide stable and reliable compressed air. According to surveys by authoritative departments, the average load rate of air compressors ranges from 60% to 70%. Fixed-frequency air compressors operating under this working condition have the following shortcomings: a large amount of power is wasted during unloading, the pressure fluctuation range is wide, frequent loading and unloading cause severe wear of mechanical components. The permanent magnet variable frequency model can adjust the operating speed of the air compressor according to the air consumption at the terminal, making the power consumed by the air compressor linearly proportional to the air output, so as to achieve the goals of stable pressure and energy saving. It eliminates the power wasted by no-load operation, stabilizes the air pressure at the terminal, and features smooth starting without impact.

Two-stage compression replaces single-stage compression, delivering an energy-saving effect of up to 15%. The rotors undergo two precision machining processes, ensuring the accuracy, reliability and performance of the rotor profiles. The low compression ratio in each stage reduces bearing load and extends the airend service life. We adopt imported SKF bearings to guarantee the high efficiency and reliability of the compressors you use.

Integrated Design for Easy Installation

1.Eliminates the hassle of customers equipping their own air tanks, air dryers, and filters, the trouble of pipe connection installation, and the inconvenience of coordinating services from multiple suppliers.
2.The permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor ensures a consistent and stable working pressure at all times.
3.Equipped with a high-efficiency plate-type refrigerated dryer and a 4-stage high-efficiency precision filter, it guarantees the delivery of pure compressed air with a pressure dew point as low as 2 to -8°C. Stainless steel pipelines are used in post-treatment to avoid secondary contamination.
4.The main oil pipeline is connected with flexible piping, effectively reducing vibration and noise, with an operating noise level of <70dB. The permanent magnet variable frequency technology allows for better control of oil temperature, preventing emulsification, and the centralized drainage system for post-treatment keeps the customer’s site clean and tidy.

Stable and reliable oil-free screw compressor

  • The compressor and all gas pipelines are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or special corrosion-resistant materials.
  • Within 0.15-1.6MPa pressure range, single-stage compression can be easily achieved, reducing a large number of moving parts and making the structure simpler and more reliable.
  • By adopting the technology of direct connection between the motor and the main unit at the same speed, the maximum speed of the main unit does not exceed 2980r/min, thus extending the service life of the bearings and rotors.

More energy-efficient oil-free screw compressors

  • Adopt direct water cooling technology for the compressor, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor chamber is below 40℃, leading to higher isothermal compression efficiency.
  • Direct water spraying is adopted to seal the rotor, eliminating the need for rotor coating and the problem of rotor coating peeling, thus maintaining high-efficiency compression for a long time.
  • Adopt the double-compression chamber technology, one rotor with two compression chambers, supporting two-stage compression, eliminating the need for intermediate cooling and reducing power loss, making it more efficient.

Oil-free compressors with lower maintenance costs

  • Daily maintenance only requires the replacement of the air filter element and the water filter element.

Working principle of oil-free scroll air compressor

The orbiting scroll rotates in the order of 1-2-3-4 as shown in the diagram, the air issucked into the space between the orbiting scroll and the stationary scroll, the volumeof crescent compression chamber gradually decreases, and then the air is dischargedfrom the exhaust port at the center of the stationary scroll after being compressed;

Working principle of vane compressor

Filtered by the air filter, air enters the compressor through the suction valve. This valve can adjust the air supply of the air compressor according to air demand, thereby maintaining a stable working pressure. The rotor rotates eccentrically inside the stator and has vertical slots on its surface, in which the vanes are placed and cling tightly to the inner wall of the stator under centrifugal force. In this way, the stator, rotor and vanes form a series of cavities—compression chambers, where air is compressed. Lubrication and cooling during the compression process are accomplished by a high-efficiency oil injection system, which ensures excellent process control at a low level of lubricating oil consumption. The oil film formed by the system on the inner wall of the rotor prevents contact between metal components, thus eliminating wear. As the rotor rotates, the volume of the compression chamber formed by two adjacent vanes and the stator decreases, completing the compression process. The compressed oil-air mixture has an oil content of less than 3ppm after multiple stages of separation. The separated clean air is cooled by the cooler, and the condensed water generated therein is separated from the air and discharged through the drain valve.

The vane compressor is designed for continuous operation 24 hours a day and 12 months a year, ensuring stability and reliability.​
